Proofs and approval
Free digital mockup within one business day. Production starts only after you approve the proof. Don't approve? Full refund.
Refunds
If you do not approve your proof, we refund your payment in full to the original payment method. After you approve a proof, items are custom made with your branding and cannot be refunded unless they arrive defective or differ from the approved proof.
Cancellations
You can cancel at no charge any time before you approve your proof. After approval, cancellation is possible only if production has not started; any costs already incurred are deducted from the refund.
Defects and misprints
Tell us within 14 days of delivery if items are defective or differ from your approved proof, and we will reprint or refund the affected items.
Pricing, tax and shipping
Prices are per unit in US dollars at the selected quantity. Applicable taxes are shown before payment. US shipping is estimated at checkout; international shipping is quoted after your proof and is not charged at checkout.
Delivery dates
Production and delivery times start after proof approval and depend on the item, quantity and destination. We confirm timing with your proof.
Artwork
You confirm you have the right to use any logos or artwork you send us.
